Information we collect
Depending on how you use WittyAIWeb, we may collect information you provide through a website form, voice call, text message, email, or authenticated account workspace.
- Contact information such as name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Business questions, call or message content, requested follow-up, and information you choose to provide.
- SMS consent records, including the consent method, consent time, destination number, opt-out status, and delivery status.
- Account configuration, notification preferences, source websites, agent settings, and operational records.
How we use information
- Answer questions and provide the response, link, callback, or account alert you requested.
- Operate voice agents, website assistants, customer workspaces, lead capture, and human follow-up workflows.
- Record and honor consent, HELP, STOP, delivery, security, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve WittyAIWeb services.
Mobile information and messaging consent
SeaGlass Development LLC and WittyAIWeb do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process information only as necessary to deliver requested messages, maintain messaging infrastructure, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal and carrier requirements. They may not use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent and use
For the operational account notification program, an authenticated WittyAIWeb account owner or administrator provides consent for their own mobile number through the separate, unchecked SMS consent control in their private workspace. Consent is specific to that number and purpose and is not a condition of purchase. SeaGlass Development LLC and WittyAIWeb do not use purchased, rented, or imported phone-number lists.
Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the SMS consent disclosure and WittyAIWeb SMS Terms for the complete operational notification program.
Public and private information
Public examples are generic by default. Customer names, call records, lead details, owner notes, editable files, and account setup details remain in authenticated workspaces unless the customer explicitly approves publication.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the requested service, maintain account records, honor messaging preferences, resolve delivery problems, and meet legal or compliance obligations. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved.
Your choices
You may decline optional contact methods. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Account owners may also disable operational notifications in their authenticated workspace. To request review or correction of account information, contact the WittyAIWeb account administrator associated with your workspace.
